Clearwater Mountain Parcel OP

Introduction

CMO4

5.0 forested acres  -  $35,900
Monthly payment:   $364.12

This scenic and rugged lake parcel offers wild terrain, lots of towering hardwood trees, and a couple of wildly situated building spots.  You can build a home amid the tree-tops on this parcel that features extreme elevation changes, big native oaks, and Ozark-style verdant vistas all around.  It’s really a cunning and scenic tract of woods, and it just happens to be at the top of the hill above Clearwater Lake in Reynolds County, Missouri, twelve miles east of the hamlet of Ellington.   So, besides this charming property, you also have thousands of acres of state and federal government forest surrounding the lake and scattered about the neighborhood, in case staying home in your own woods gets a little tedious.  There’s a boat dock and marina at the bottom of the hill if you’re into boating, and thousands of acres of hunting ground if you enjoy killing things.

  6. No parcel of the Property as the same shall appear on the Official Plat of Clearwater Mountain as recorded at Book 2, Page 4, Reynolds County Recorder’s Office, Centerville, Missouri, may be further sub-divided.

Explanation: In most cases, this simply means that if you have livestock you keep it fenced-in.

  9. All wastewater treatment facilities must be constructed in accordance with all federal, state and local standards.

Explanation: You have to obey the law.
